Rooted Heart began with a simple belief: that food, plants, and community have the power to nourish people in deep and lasting ways.

What started as a love for growing herbs and crafting plant-based remedies slowly grew into a vision for a space where people could gather, share meals, and reconnect with the vitality of the Earth. Rooted Heart Cafe became a natural extension of that vision — a welcoming place where nourishing food, organic coffee, and herbal drinks come together in celebration of the plants that sustain us.

Many of the herbs used in our teas and herbal lattes are grown on our farm and carefully crafted into blends that reflect our connection to the land. Through our café, our herbal remedies, and the farm itself, Rooted Heart continues to grow as a space where wellness, learning, and community can flourish.
